I went to my local Hawaiian fast food place and picked up chicken katsu that comes with sides of rice and macaroni salad. Iced tea to drink.

tonight is chinese night: We are having fried rice with pork, egg rolls and snow peas with mushrooms. I have a little chicken left from the other night and may use that is something, but not sure yet.
