Dry aged cowboy steak and brussel sprouts pan fried with a little bacon and balsamic vinegar.

It's Friday and there is a Chateauneuf du Pape calling from the cellar.

I am making rice with snow peas and seafood. We still have some jello salad someone from church brought yesterday, so I will probably have that and spoiled brat is in 7th heaven. He has had dessert everyday since I had my new knee put in 17 days ago. I have to admit, even though I am not a dessert eater some have been darn good.
