Grilled cheese on scali with American cheese and local grown tomatoes. Side of fries and salad with veggies from same local farm. Love the flavor of veggies at harvest time. Delicious.
Yesterday Prime Rib at a restaurant, today rump roast with gravy and horseradish sauce, roasted potatoes. buttered Brussels sprouts, and green salad with ranch dressing.
tonight I baked 1 big chicken breast for the 4 of us and had tempura veggies- carrots, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, summer squash and mixed teriyaki sauce with sweet ande sour sauce for dipping,It was delicious
Spaghetti made with penne pasta and meatballs along with a slice of garlic toast. Iced tea to drink.
