What's For Dinner Tonight? - 2015 (grilled, healthy, cake, Birthday cake)

I bought some beef kebabs at Public, so I guess we'll have those and some beet tzatziki. DH will have rice too.

Beer can wild pheasant on the grill, wild rice and green beans.

Tonight it'll be a George Foreman'd chicken breast and some veggies. Maybe brussels sprouts with a little butter.

I bought cubed-steak on sale and froze some to use in chili, stir-fry and stew. I'll use the steak in a chili with a side of cornbread for dinner tonight. Plenty will be left for lunch tomorrow.

Tonight is chicken and dumplings night. Served with the last of the zucchini from the garden. Sort of the end of summer/start of fall.

Roasted organic carrots.

Last night I decided to make something special for the first official night of Autumn.

Three cheese butternut squash lasagna, with a creamy bechemel sauce and a piquant tomato herb sauce.

Salad with mixed greens, goat cheese crumbles, and dried cranberries with an apple cider dressing.

Pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

Chicken fricassee, steamed fresh green beans, Vermicelli with butter, EVOO and grated cheese.

Just not feeling it today, so pizza delivery it is. I just want plain old cheese, but the kids demand pepperoni. So both it will be.
