I picked up some kousa (a light green summer squash) at the farm store the other day. I was going to stuff with lamb but I forgot to buy it. So instead I will stuff with a sausage mix.
I promised one son the mac and cheese, and the other son reminded me that I promised him the potato salad. So I just made both.
My low carb self is very jealous.
