I am uninspired so far today, but I do have the stuff to make Potato Soup with smoked sausage (inspired my another poster last week) so maybe we'll have that. Its a chilly, cloudy day, so it would be good.
I don't have shrimp, pimentos or canned mushrooms. Instead I'll use fresh mushrooms and Alaskan cod. For the color that pimentos would have provided, I'll use some fresh julienned carrots.
A blueberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 slices of stone ground wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of hot chocolate made with nonfat milk.
