I made carrot-ginger soup with breadsticks. Carrots, ginger, coconut milk pureed goodness. It sure made a mess in the kitchen though.

Left over pork loin roast so we are going to put it on french rolls and make dip sandwiches with au jus and maybe a green salad with vinaigrette
