I don't know if this happens to any other posters here, but for me, there's kind of a curse on any WFDT posts I make too early in the day. So anyway, last night we had frozen pizza instead of delicious Chinese food, but tonight we had delicious Chinese food.

Happens to me all the time.

Today, it was road food because we had to spend the day away on family business.

I'm thinking of either chicken thighs with marinara and spaghetti, or tuna casserole. It's cool and cloudy, so I'm leaning towards the comfort food tuna casserole.

Because it's been a couple years since we have made both arancini and crab rangoons and because I would like them for appetizers on Thanksgiving, they will be tonight's dinner. I figure a test run to make sure we still got it down pat is in order. My husband also says he is going to throw some chicken wings in too. I will make carrot and celery sticks so I don't feel like a horrible unhealthy mom!
