Our beautiful baby boy made his appearance on Friday, so my husband has been taking excellent care of me. Hamburger stew/lovely pork chops with onion and granny smith compote, roast potatoes and acorn squash/chili/I think he is going to get pizza for tonight...I will start using the meals I set in the freezer soon.

Serving with plain baguettes, Carr's water crackers and miniature rye bread slices. with a Beet, Carrot, celery and fennel salad with a citrus dressing.

Fruit includes red grapes, sliced pears and apples.

Another couple will bring the wine and beer, and another the desert.

Not eating until seven. Hungry now.

Just enough time for a cheeseburger!! lol

There were also green beans and salad, but there was no more room on my plate for those.

What a nice assortment of food. Sounds yummy!

Having some delicious beef stew I made last night. Instead of regular potatoes I use sweet potatoes.
Switch it up alittle bit. Having a real ripe persimmon for dessert.
