Steaks on the grill, broccoli with cheese sauce, twiced baked potatoes, sauteed mushroom and onions, and rolls. It was most excellent and food-coma inducing.
Crockpot pork steak (seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, Sea salt, cayenne pepper, bay leaf, cumin, onion and garlic powders), mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables: green beans, carrots and broccoli stems.
Tonight we have breaded garlic chicken legs with mashed potatoes,broccoli,corn and a glass of lassi. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit and a Domino stone with a cup of Darjeeling tea

Tonight I am making an old family favorite, chicken and dumplings. My grandmother and dad used to make this comfort food. I love it...yeah, it is fattening...but once in a while, you gotta go for it.
Pairing it up with some really nice asparagus I got at Aldi for $1.69 a pound. Out of season then yet! Love Aldi!
