I make soup with baked pork chops. Cut them up, mix it with tomato soup, red kidney beans and frozen mixed vegetables. Top with parmesean cheese.

Tonight: Toast with jam, tea with milk and honey. Somewhat better but still no taste for anything big.

That sounds delicious!

I don't have a recipe. Whenever I cook ham or pork chops or any pork I deglaze the pan and add it to a container in the freezer. Then when I have some leftover pork roast or chops, I cube up the meat, put it in the broth, and add veggies. Usually green beans and carrots.

Taking a day off from TG left overs - pasta shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese in a light tomato sauce. A tossed green salad.

Desert if they want it.
