Cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce and spinach.
A large sweet potato with butter & a sprinkle of brown sugar.
My usual beverage..a cup of Yogi ginger and Egyptian licorice tea.
(ran out of honey last night)
Dessert later will be a Fiber One chocolate chip brownie heated in the microwave with a dollop
of Reddi-wip.
The only thing I have against Reddi-wip is I wonder how many kids grow up to think that's how you really spell it.
The menu says meatloaf, but I had better get my you know what in gear and take the meat out of the freezer. We are having salad and rice with it.
