Tonight pan fried potatoes with onions,caraway,salt,black pepper and herring in white wine sauce from Costco. With it Romaine lettuce,tomato slices and a basic vinaigrette. For dessert again 1/2 a pink grapefruit and later a cup of Earl Grey tea and a Nürnberger Lebkuchen.
Smoked pork loin, oven fried potato wedges with lots of onion and garlic, big bowl of spring lettuce, pears with pecan streusel.
