We just can't seem to get/eat enough bison! Talk about delicious. It really does beat the heck out of beef in flavor and nutrition.

Yeah, so, this evening we are having another bison roast. I think the sides will be cheesy cauliflower and some sort of green thing.

(Note: You need to cook bison slowly to get it super tender. If you don't, you'll be disappointed. Also, season and sear it ahead of time just like you would any cut of beef.)

Tonight we too have Shepherd's Pie with Indian spices and a red and white radish salad. Lassi to drink. For dessert warm plum compote with warm vanilla sauce and a cup of Darjeeling tea with an almond macaroon .
