Making a nice big meat/cheese/veggie/cracker tray to snack on in front of the TV.
Summer sausage, ham, roast beef, 3 or 4 kinds of cheese, carrots, celery, broccoli, some Italian Mix Giardiniera vegetables, olives, pickles, cocktail bread, assorted crackers, several different mustards and some Knorr vegetable dip. Might open a tin of smoked clams or oysters as well.
Baled salmon, with and brown rice baked with sour cream, grated local cheddar, sour cream and ranch dressing (scrumptious) and steamed broccoli florets.
My DS had another medication change and he's having a bad day. He wants saltines and ginger ale. Me, I'm having a slice of bacon cheeseburger pizza from Domino's, and a brownie for dessert.
Leftovers tonight. For dessert, likely a bowl of vanilla ice cream, topped with homemade cranberry sauce (that DH convinced me to make yesterday).
