Well it looks like this week's menu was shot to you know where, before the week ever got started. It has been busy and hectic, so I am having home made pizza. I had some hot sausage that I was afraid would spoil so I cooked it us a couple of days ago. I will top the pizza with that and a lot of veggies plus cheese. I may fix a salad but I am about salad out. The one thing about pizza it is a wonderful 1 dish meal if made with a good variety of toppings.

Rouladen (thinly sliced beef rolled up with bacon/pickles/mustard and simmered in the crockpot), mashed potatoes, green salad, the last of 2014s fruitcake.

I have a pizza crust languishing in the fridge. I’m going to roll it out, layer with slices of provolone, hard salami, ham, turkey, thin sliced onions and tomatoes, sprinkle with a little Italian dressing, roll it up and bake. And cross fingers. LOL

Ok gang, in keeping with the pizza theme going on here, I'm ordering Pizza Hut. Super supreme pan with cheese sticks and that Hershey brownie thing that looks amazing. My tree still isn't decorated yet, so I hope to do that tonight.

Let us know how the Hershey brownie thingy is. They always look so good, but the desserts I've gotten from fast food places in the past have been pretty flavorless.

Quickie supper. Baked potato with drained canned corn and chunks of good melting cheese on top. (You know what that is - the stuff in the box on the shelf. Sometimes I just can't help myself.) Some sliced tomatoes. A tangerine for dessert.

I have a pot of chili on the stove. I didn't realize I was out of beans until the last minute. I did have a yellow pepper so I chopped it up and added that instead. I mean it's kind of like beans, right? Oh well!
Happy Friday!!
