Grilled hot dogs with a variety of toppings - chilli, chopped red onions, tomatoes, sauerkraut, dill pickle relish, shredded Monterrey jack, red skin potato salad with celery and carrots - I make mine with half sour cream. Carolina coleslaw.

My daughter baked some brownies.

Half a vegetarian panini sandwich made with ciabatta bread, feta cheese, fresh spinach, sliced olives & olive oil, approx. a third of a grilled salmon wrap (made with salmon & mesclun lettuce & balsamic dressing) and a mug of water.

Tonight I made a pot of homemade chicken pot pie soup with homemade cheddar biscuits and a peanut butter pie. All healthy and low calorie. If anyone wants the recipes, I'll tell you where to find them.

Grilled burgers with a mushroom-caramelized onion gravy, roasted garlic potatoes, steamed broccoli, country French bread from the Costco bread road show, and unsweetened iced tea to drink. Coconut ice cream and chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

roast beef (eye of round), mashed potatoes and asparagus. An assortment of gelato in the freezer, so I'll probably have a bowl of something later, maybe salted caramel.

Steak tenderloin, with melted Swiss cheese, covered with sauteed portobello mushrooms and roasted onions. Served with rainbow sweet peppers. Homemade, of course!

Looks delicious! I want to be at your house tonight!

We had short ribs cooked in garlic and onion with corn and black eyed peas. Hubby had a leftover breadstick from last night with his.

We also had pink rice krispy treats from last night for dessert. I tinted the marshmallow and butter mixture with a few drops of red food coloring for Valentine's Day.
