Probably a greasy, but yummy, burger at the dine-in cinema.

Probably not very much of anything. We met up with my son and his best friend for a big long lunch today/going away party for son - we took them out as son leaves tomorrow morning for Hawaii, so this is it for a LONG time. We had a wonderful lunch, and I don't see me getting hungry for dinner anytime soon - besides, I'm all crying and stuff so eating is the last thing on my mind. I think I have Mom-Angst. It's much like Teenage-Angst, except it makes SENSE when you're a Mom and have it. Plus you don't have to start wearing weird clothes or start listening to dreadful music.

I had a McDonald's filet of fish. It's 390 calories and I decided to start counting calories again today and that kept me within my goal.

A peach nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of stone ground whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of English breakfast tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
