I'm doing prep for a dinner party tomorrow night. The butternut squash soup is simmering on the stove. I just need to immersion blender it and add nutmeg and salt & pepper. Then on to the individual Beef Wellingtons and Bordelaise sauce.

Unless I get hijacked for dinner elsewhere, I'm doing nuked spaghetti squash, red sauce I made a couple weeks ago, with some fresh-grated Parmigiana Regiano.

A raspberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of stone ground whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of English breakfast tea with a bit of skim milk & a teaspoon of sugar.

I hope everything turns out okay, pickle.

Tonight's dinner is a bowl of NE clam chowder and a warm baguette.

Dinner tonight is a garden salad and probably some sort of protein. Chicken nuggets maybe? I spent too much time on my feet today, so it won't be much.
