I had Chinese takeout and for DH I made prime rib using mainebrokerman's instructions to cook it at 325 degrees. It was a 6 lb prime rib and I'd say he ate half of it tonight!

We took all the leftover vegetables from the various platters we had out over the holidays, added some stock and a small venison roast into a cast iron dutch and made 'what the hell is that' stew.
That used to be called *Mulligan Stew* everything in the kitchen plus peas.......

Back to the topic: I am ashamed to admit that today I have had 2 chicken legs, 1 chicken breast and 3 bowls of Cocoa Dyno Bites.
I should go to bed before a 4th bowl of cereal calls my name and corrupts me once again.

I ate a lot of cookies tonight, which means that I'm on the brink of being a little dizzy and ill. It is what it is.

We went out and found a local 24hr joint that was open. I had a cheese omelette while my husband had a turkey dinner followed by strawberry rhubarb pie. Our son tried the pie and thought it was disgusting....just like his mama :P
