Ive only ever liked corn flakes and rice krispies. it still baffles me why all these manufacturers are still making such sugary cereals for kids.... and why parents still buy them...

The bright colors of the cereal and cartoons on the boxes are designed to appeal to kids.
When kids see the catchy commercials on TV or spot them in the cereal aisle
they will beg their moms to buy it, and it is hard for many parents to say no.
The marketing is rather insidious.

I still love a bowl of cereal. Will have one for dinner a lot of times and I enjoy it VERY much! I won't eat the super sweet ones a lot, but I still like those as well.

Sometimes, the most simple of pleasures are just awesome

Having cold cereal for dinner is pretty much my worst. It wouldn't ever really happen, because I don't keep any cereal on hand. But to me, it's just depressing.

Haha, you're not the only one. Sometimes I've come home from work and just want something easy and not too heavy, and I've made oatmeal. There's no law that says it's only for breakfast!

I have three kids. We have lots of cereal in the house, I sometimes eat it for a meal. Always have cheerios and Honey nut cheerios, we'll sometimes have frosted flakes and Lucky Charms, and occassionally froot loops. We'll also have chex, sometimes frosted mini wheats, and the wal mart version of coco crispies, because my wife likes that. Sometimes oat squares, too. cereal is a wonderful invention that brings lots of happiness to our house.

Oh, I LOVE Honey Nut Cheerios! SO good!

And at Halloween, I always buy a box of Count Chocula and savor it. LOL

"Mmmmmm - great bass."

Performing a bris in the back seat of a Royal Deluxe III is pretty impressive, too.

I feel like if I want something sweet I'll eat a cookie or piece of chocolate, not in my cereal.
