I know, it conjures-up mental images of vile mystery meat, but it's pretty darned good. Those tender morsels of tasty pork suspended in a vinegary gel are like nothing else.

Anyone else like it or at-least tried it?

There's a Vietnamese sandwich shop (banh mi) that adds it to their sandwiches. Yum

I also had it on a lovely charcuterie tray with some pate too.

Can't vote in your poll...I've had it...it's not a favorite but I don't slice my throat when I encounter it like some think you should.

My mother loves it...but she was raised on it in rural France.

I've tried it many times and I still don't like the taste of it. It reminds me somewhat of canned meat and that I hate!

It's on the banh mi here, at our local Vietnamese restaurant, also - I forgot about that. They also use some excellent pâté.

NOPE.

I grew up eating that crap. Gross. Did not like it then. Do not care to relive that part of my gastronomical life.

See, we butchered our own animals. So EVERY part of the animals were used....tongues, brains, hearts, kidneys, feet, blood....

No. Just no.
