Usually the same... 2 turkey sausages (I pre-cook & freeze them, so I just reheat in a cast iron pan), 2 egg yolks, 2 double espressos. When I wake up I'm famished & need to eat now. I don't have time to wait for potatoes to fry or pancakes to be mixed. That would be 2nd breakfast, like the hobbits. I need something to hold me over in order to cook a big breakfast. And, if anyone wants to do brunch... I need to eat first, otherwise I'm cranky & surly & will no doubt have a headache. Yeah, I'm a bleedin' delight in the morning.

We raise our own poultry, so there are plenty of hen eggs, and sometimes duck eggs. I'm up at 4:30 am and out doing chores, sun or snow! By the time DW gets up (6-ish), I'm ready to man the griddle out on the deck (we enclose it for a sunroom during winter). Grilling and outdoor cooking are my thing!

Often I'll grill up a whole pound or two of bacon, saving the rest for another day. We love eggs or French toast, ham and cheese, even steaks with eggs. Not a whole lot of bread, but plenty of fruit if available. A baked apple each is a nice addition. Neither of us drinks coffee, though she likes tea.

BTW, we are retired, so the day of the week doesn't matter at all!

The same every day. Oatmeal with lots of slices of caramelized baked apple. I like it and it keeps me full for a long time.
Anything else and I start craving food within an hour.

I always have either a bowl of cold cereal or oatmeal topped with banana and/or berries. Coffee with milk.

Mon-Fri, roasted chicken from Costco and some mixed nuts and coffee. I usually buy one rotisserie chicken from Costco on Sunday and eat it throughout the week for breakfast. On the weekends scrambled eggs and oatmeal. The only time I ever deviate is if I somehow run out of eggs or oatmeal then I'll go to Mcdonalds to pick something up but this is rare. Yeah, I'm a pretty boring person.

Currently, lots of sugary cereals with skim milk. Mainly a cheap knock-off of Cinnamon Toast Crunch lately.

Weekdays: high protein cereal, a banana and two slices of toast with coffee.

Weekends: something nice, such as bacon and eggs with coffee. Or, a breakfast burrito with coffee.

I only eat breakfast on the weekend, DH is breakfast chef around here and the menu can vary between waffles, pancakes or french toast, bacon, sausage links, breakfast sausage or Italian proscuitto/coppa. He also makes a pretty good omlette.

Once in a while we have bacon and egg butties

I usually have a small breakfast but I try to have protein with it. I eat anything from traditional breakfast food to dinner leftovers from the night before. Some people can't bear the thought of a piece of chicken for breakfast but it doesn't bother me.
