Breakfast always the same. Lunch and dinner differ somewhat. Oatmeal, soy/almond milk, green tea, peanut butter/crackers, yogurt are some of the every day staples.
Every morning we go through a pot of coffee, 2 cups before breakfast and one with breakfast. Breakfast is always around 7:30 or 8 except on Sundays. We eat after church.
DInner is different each night of course but usually I serve it, while we watch the 6pm news and every night I have 2 or 3 glasses of wine. Oh, and lunch, unless I do out is 1/2 of sandwich, and a piece of fruit. rarely do I have anything else. Spoiled brat loves his lunch. He will have a sandwich, a bowl of soup and/or left overs plus almost always yoguart or pudding for calcium and his soft drink. I drink water at lunch.
Every morning at 7:30 I have a pot of tea and some porridge (weekdays, that is.) Lunch is nearly always either mozzarella salad or a grilled cheese and avocado sandwich, between 12:00 and 14:00 depending on when I get hungry. And always another pot of tea in the afternoon. And always a cup (or two) of green tea before dinner so I can keep my eyes open enough to cook.
My four year old is a creature of habit too, every morning for breakfast she has a bowl of cereal (chocolate flavoured wholegrain Os), half an apple sliced, a slice of cheese and a probiotic yoghurt drink. She is not happy if a single item is missing.
Can or bottle of Mt. Dew every morning. Everything else varies.
