I have many, but I splurged on some Jasmine rice that was on sale, and just cooked some up in my rice cooker. My apartment smells like jasmine heaven. It's like aroma therapy. It's a cloudy day, so I'm cleaning and cooking, and the smell in here makes me smile.

What's a cooking aroma you just love? That makes you happy on a cloudy day?

I agree about chocolate chip cookies and I will add my spaghetti gravy. Just very comforting and delicious aromas.
