There are probably others but oh well.

A couple that come to mind that were not on the list are knäckebröd, wheat bread and cornbread.

I recently tried flatbrauð as part of an Icelandic platter and it was pretty good.

No, it was pretty soft. I ate it with butter and smoked lamb.
