Never been a breakfast person, still not one.
Eating is the opposite of what my body feels like doing for first couple hrs. of each day.
Don't like breakfast food, either. Other than bacon-but still, don't feel like eating so soon after waking/getting up.

Fair enough ?
I think you should be burnt at the stake for phrasing that differently than most do.

I'm rarely hungry first thing in the morning. At best, I'll eat a few bites of something. I am hungry mid-morning or about 3 or 4 hours after waking. When I'm out for the day, I pack food.

That's just one reason why some women carry big purses.

I rarely eat breakfast. I don't eat until I am hungry, which is usually several hours after I wake up. By then it's lunchtime.

Not so bad then but still a lot of sugar in the morning for my taste.

Its also a very high protein breakfast at around 30g of protein.
Sugar is sugar no matter where it comes from.

Greek yogurt has about 10g of protein per serving, does a Kind bar have 20 - I find that really hard to believe but could be wrong.

it's still sugar!

I rarely have breakfast and when I do, it is Sunday mornings (an off day for me), perhaps half the time.

The irony is that I really enjoy some foods typically most associated with breakfast: omlets, quiche, frittatas, even basic scrambled eggs. We are fortunate to have some fantastic breakfast places in the Twin Cities, with a variety of options for when I am thinking about breakfast on Sundays.

It's not a concern for me. As someone pointed out, it's a lot of protein. My doctor has no problem with it.
