I drink it but know nothing about it. As to the health benefits I have heard a lot but that doesn't necessarily mean that they arn't some drawbacks since all water has some chemical compounds besides the
H2O.

You meant artisan water which is basically water from an artisan well. There's nothing artisan about it. An artisan well is a kind of deep well that does not need pump. This kind of question show the OP has no idea what he/she was asking. It's like asking if river water is safe. What river? Artisan well? Where is the well?

Water is H20....it's all the same, as far as "hydrating" you goes. Water, in it's purest form has no vitamins, or anything to make you "healthy"....except for the hydration your body needs.

Tap water is fine and does the job...if you're in Mexico, drink bottled water...it's cleaner. Otherwise, if you're in the USA, our water is great, clean and will keep you alive just fine!

The correct spelling is artesian; the OP transposed t and r. Artisan is a different word. Water from deep aquifers is generally safe although it could become contaminated near the surface.

I hadn't heard of either. Just mineral or spring if not tap. Fancy water abounds. Googled it and came across this:
