Ralphs?
Vons?
Fresh N Easy?
Sprouts?
Target?
Food 4 Less?
I would like to know peoples experience in shopping in term of
quality of food
prices
selection and variety of food.
The only one we have is Target and they only have a small selection.
I shop mainly at Hannafords. I occasionally go to Wegmans but it's not that convenient to me. If I need high end items or am shopping for a party I will make the effort to go to Wegmans.
I get all my meat at Hannaford, their meat department kicks butt. Everything else at Price Chopper because I get the gas points. Once a month I go to Price Right for cheap produce, dairy and baking supplies.

Impossible to answer this question on such a wide national/international board. I live in Raleigh/Durham, NC, and we only have one of these places on your list (Target). And I NEVER shop for groceries there.
It's all too regional, and somewhat subjective and related to personal preferences. I mean, if I want Organic, grass fed, etc., I'm likely going to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's (and spending big bucks.) If I'm poor, I'm probably headed over to Food 4 Less (or worse).
I very much miss Sprouts (we had them when we lived in Phoenix Metro area)

All of the above except for Food 4 Less and in addition I shop at Costco, Gelson's, Bristol Farms and Whole Foods.
Where I shop depends on what I need specifically. Pavilions (Von's) is where I do the bulk of my "dry goods" probably, but when I want quality on fruits, vegetable, meat and fish it is most likely at Sprouts, Gelson's, Bristol Farms and Whole Foods.
I only buy groceries at Target if I am in Target and need something. Target would never be my go to grocery store because check out is a nightmare.
I have never heard of any of the grocery's listed by the original poster.
We go to 1 of 2 grocery stores in our area, one for meat and everything and the other for everything that did not look good in the other grocery as far as produce goes.
When we move back home I will be going to one grocery and one meat market unless the farmers market is open the day I go grocery shopping.
Today was senior day at Fry's and Basha's. I loaded up.
Safeway, but very seldom since it costs more.
