hail the cooking carnivores!!!! Beef it's what's for ....evolution!

Fire Plus Meat
Equals Mankind

Scientist have suggested that the human brain may have eventually doubled in size after our Homo erectus ancestors put flame to food, especially meat. Densely packed with nutrients, cooked meat was easy to digest, and it provided plenty of energy for resource-hungry brain development

yes I do..., it was sam eliots voice

those commercials come from the national cattlemans beef association , now known s beefretail.org
they have a great website,,,, all about beef

they exist by this program,,,,its called a "check-off" for every head of cattle processed, one dollar goes to this central fund/organization
this was developed to educate the consumers and balance against the anti-meat factions

most states have their own beef industry council for the same purpose,, funded by the "check off" one dollar for every head of cattle

ive got thousands of pamphlets -hand outs , to customers at store level from how to grill to "lean cuts" if looking for leaner beef ... to many awesome recipes

pork also has a centralized site called porkboard.org (formerly known as national pork producers council)

these websites have excellent information....

Once upon a time, Grok the caveman said, "Unga bunga moofa poo." This translates, roughly, to "I'm hungry." His mate, Ooka, said to Grok, "Ippy fookmook!" which translates, roughly, to "you know where the deer are, go kill one. Get me a flank too while you're at it, I could use a bite."

And thus, food was born.
