I make waffles at home because they come out better than pancakes. I make traditional waffles, not Belgian. I must admit, however, that mine are not as good as the Waffle House, but the nearest of those is almost five hundred miles away.

There's a restaurant in town that makes excellent pancakes and serves them all day. Depending on my mood, I either order a stack or I order an omlette (their omlettes are better than mine) and when I'm nearing the end I order one pancake. It is a plate-covering pancake.

Crazy! I'm doing breakfast tonight for diner tonight, and just got in from Braums for waffle mix.

I like both, but waffles are on tonight's menu.

I haven't had either in years. I used to get on a Saturday morning gluten free pancake kick and then be on carb overload. I was craving waffles the other day. I don't have a waffle maker.

Waffles waffles waffles, waffles waffles waffles~. (Teen Titans reference, although I like both pancakes and waffles equally).

I like both.
I love Norwegian pancakes. I make them on camping trips.

But I prefer Norwegian waffles. And I just don't get those Belgian monstrosities!

You know, I don't like pancakes as much anymore as when I was a kid. I made some a couple of months ago and I couldn't even finish them all. They just didn't do anything for me. It was kinda strange. On the other hand, I do love waffles and french toast.

The nostalgia has worn off.
