Once every month or so. More during football season.

Once or twice in the winter when it's too cold to go out. We don't care that much for pizza but every once in a while it hits the spot.

Used the Dominos app more than I care to remember. Picked it up myself though.

Think fast casual pizza like at Pie Five, Maddios, Blaze, and Pizza Rev will eventually dominate the field, although Pizza Hut will probably fee more pain than Dominos or Papa Johns.

A few times a year during the winter... when it's too cold to go out.

I don't -- I make my pizza at home, or go out to the restaurant myself.

Maybe once every 4 - 6 months and that is a big maybe.
We really don't eat out that much unless I am really not feeling well at all and pizza is low on the consumption list unless we plan for it in advance because of Mr. CSD's diabetes.

It's probably where I live but people are constantly getting deliveries of everything all of the time.

Growing up, we used to get it once a week or once every other week. Now, husband and I order pizza less than once a month.

Twice in the last 3 years.

The first of those times was when I was living about 300km south of where I live now. I ordered the pizza and waited about 1.5 hours and it didn't turn up. I rang to find out what was happening and waited another hour or so and it still didn't turn up. By this time it was about 10.30pm so I rang yet again to find out what was happening. Because I'd been waiting so long, I got the pizza for free.

The last time I ordered a pizza is up here where I live now. Again, I ordered the pizza and waited about 1.5 hours and it didn't turn up. I rang to find out what was happening and waited another hour or so and it still didn't turn up. By this time it was about 10.30pm so I rang yet again to find out what was happening. Because I'd been waiting so long, I got the pizza for free.

Two totally different companies but exact same outcome (in fact so identical was the outcome that I cut and paste the first paragraph and used it in the second paragraph lol).

Still, I can't complain too much since altogether I saved about $50 overall (I'd ordered the pizzas with drinks and garlic bread etc). Both times I lived in a block of flats so perhaps they got confused but they did have my phone number so am not sure why they didn't call.

If most of the family wont be showing up for dinner i'll occasionally order a Pizza, happens 2-3 times a year. usually if it looks like i'll be dining alone and cant be bothered to cook Chinese take out usually trumps Pizza as the bread aspect of pizza spikes my blood sugar levels in undesirable ways..
