That is how much sugar on average a person drinking a 44 ounce soda is taking in.

I will clarify that my husband now drinks DIET soda. When we first met 17 years ago, he would drink at least two 2 liters of soda a day. REGULAR soda. He was also putting on weight, but couldn't figure out why. So, I pointed out that a 2 liter actually has EIGHT!! 100 calorie servings per bottle - so he was drinking 1600 calories - way more than half of the total calorie he needed each day! He switched, but still "sneaks" regular soda.

I fully expect to be a widow before I'm 50. I would say 45, but he does eat vegetables almost everyday now, and not just canned corn. I only got him to add those by pointing out that he couldn't get on the kids when they were little for not eating THEIRS if he wasn't eating HIS!

A cup of coffee in the morning. A cup of herbal tea in the afternoon. Plain ole' water all other times. On occasion, a glass of wine or other "adult" beverage.

Kroger brand sparkling water (no flavors, sugar, etc) . I drink about a 6-8 cans a day. Sometimes more.

I've tried other brands (La Croix, San Pellegrino, HEB, Topo Chico, etc) but I like the Kroger sparkle the best. It also has to be cans. I can't do the bottles as I feel the sparkle part dissipates too quickly.

I feel antsy if my stash gets below 2-12 packs. When I get hot flashes I feel like i'm dying and that is the only thing that can save me LOL

I drink cups of hot water at work. Like they were cups of hot tea. There are a couple other people here that do as well. I've never understood that one, I just do it

Coffee in the morning. Tap water, sometimes filtered, sometime not, all day long. Sometimes unsweet or barely sweet tea at lunch or dinner.

Very rarely (4-6 times a year) I'll drink a regular soda or a beer. Never diet soda. Bottled water occasionally if I don't have access to tap water.

LOL, I eat a plate, maybe 2 to 3 cups of raw spinach each day for lunch. Usually have some kind of fruit or strawberries with that. Every couple of weeks they have roast turkey here at the hospital. They would have all these turkey legs that I have no idea what would happen to them. Anyway, someone decided to bring out the turkey legs. I saw those and asked for one. When they have them I will ask for one. Today was the day. So today for lunch I had my spinach and a turkey leg.
