Yogurt's an acquired taste. I can eat it but I sure don't love it.

I eat a bowl of plain yogurt almost every day.
I really like the stuff.
Is it the best food ever? Well, I dunno about that.
But it works for me.

I love Yoghurt but I'm afraid it wouldn't make it my top ten . Scallops, Crab , King Prawns, Langoustines, Lobster,Ceviche, Mussels, Sushi, Fish, Fillet Steak, Cheeses, Dark Swiss Chocolate, Souffles, Pretty much all Fish, Wild boar, Rabbit, Pheasant, all kinds of Game, Hare, Venison, Risotto,Wild Mushrooms, Fennel, Salad, Coriander, all these and many more would come first to me !

I like Kefir better than yogurt. I am lactose intolerant, so this is the way I get my calcium. Lifeway low fat peach is my fave
