Not me. I don't put anything in my coffee, don't drink tea at all, and the rare times I have oatmeal it's that instant stuff.

I take my coffee with cream only. I will use honey on pancakes if I'm out of maple syrup. I've used it plenty on oatmeal. I don't sweeten my tea.

Real sugar...there's NOTHING wrong with it! Your body knows what it is, and how to process it.

I don't sweeten coffee, black tea or green tea. I eat oatmeal once in a while and use a little maple syrup.

I use moreva cane sugar for my coffee and honey for everything else. I love the flavor of honey plus I use a local honey to combat seasonal allergies. But not in coffee.
