I was wondering, has anyone tried the new Dr. Pepper Strawberries and Cream?

I tried the Zero Sugar version, and it is one of my new favorite sodas. Unfortunately, many of the supermarkets are already out of stock. It is supposed to be a permanent addition to the Dr. Pepper lineup, but people are stocking up on it and many scalpers are selling it at grossly inflated prices. Luckily, I found just one nearby supermarket that had it in stock and I bought 8 boxes of them.

If you have had Dr Pepper cream soda how do you think it compares? I'd love to try it, it sounds intriguing.
(I'm guessing that it's a dark pink/reddish soda?)

I like it better. No the soda itself isn't pink/red.

On the same question…I see there is a pink Mountain Dew. It might be watermelon.

Not a fan of watermelon-flavored things, regardless of color. Watermelon can either be pink or green depending on product and competes with strawberry for the pink position (red is usually cherry, although Cherry 7-Up is actually pink).

I love the Zero Cream Soda version of Dr. Pepper. When I was shopping yesterday the store didn't have the Strawberry Zero version, they did have plenty of regular Strawberry. Looking forward to trying it!

I didn't care for the Dr Pepper Creme Soda, so, I presume I wouldn't care for the Strawberries and Creme.

Though, to touch on what Pink brought up.. I love me some Cherry 7Up.

I've found that strawberry flavored things.. Tend to insist on themselves too much. If that kinda makes sense. Strawberry to me is a flavor that can't really be subtle.. And doesn't go overly well with other flavors.

The Zero Sugar Strawberries & Cream has been hard to find in my area as well. Our two nearest Fry's (Kroger) and Safeway stores were out of stock, we had go to a Fry's in South Gilbert to get them. Apparently scalpers are buying large quantities of them and selling them at inflated prices.

It is nice but I don't really like strawberry. The cream does add something to it, but it isn't that good. A friend who loves Dr. Pepper however loves it.
