OP, if you're trying to do more stir frys, why don't you just skip soy sauce altogether and try Asian sauces like Oyster sauce, Terriyaki, Fish sauce, or Hoision?
They all have unique flavors, and are quite tasty without all the salt that comes with Soy sauce.

I just looked at the fish, oyster and teriyaki sauces in my pantry, and their sodium content is higher than that of the soy sauce.

None, would not recommend anyone to eat soy as it's all GMO.

Japanese soy sauce from Japan is gmo free so is Kikkoman EU soy sauce. You can get the Japanese version on amazon or an asian store.

Well, the sauces are pretty easy to make yourself. We make our own mayo, and the 3 sauces I listed, so we can control the ingredients. We also make our own Chinese sauce.
Sn63 is right about the Japanese versions of soy sauce ordered from amazon. That's where we get a lot of stuff for our kitchen, Asian cooking is one of our favorites.

So far I have used and cooked with 3 brands of soy sauce. I liked them all Kikkoman, Amoy and Lee Kum Kee.

Wanjashan regular and Pearl River Bridge Premium dark. Koon Chun and Lee Kum Kee make a pretty good line of products as well. Pretty standard stuff at an Asian market.
