For a reason that escapes me, I like flavored coffee creamers in my espresso. (Seems like putting a slice of Velveeta on artisan bread. lol)

Is it just me, or are the formulations changing? Some of them are tasting quite nasty now. I got pumpkin spice and had to throw it out--tasted sort of like rubbing alcohol--that's the closest thing I can think of. It wasn't spoiled. Yesterday I got cinnamon vanilla--same thing.

I've had both of those flavors in the past and liked them.

Back to the safety of hazelnut.

LOL. That's probably a good idea, but let me remind you that everything, including your homemade coffee creamer, is made from chemicals. Chemistry is the basis of all life. The air we breathe, water, the food we eat, it's all chemicals.

Jesus. Some people are so literal. How about ditch the harmful, unnecessary chemicals? Or how about reduce the number of chemicals? Are either of those accurate enough for you?

I 100% completely agree with you, I could have totally written this!!! I went the gas station today and they had hazelnut, but it was that thick type that can sit out unrefrigerated. That stuff kind of grosses me out. I do prefer the cold stuff. Then I added 1 little thing of pumpkin pie spice creamer and it threw off the taste, in a bad way. Tasted like chemicals.

Just use 1/2 n 1/2, want pumpkin spice, if you've ever made a pumpkin pie you should have the spices on hand, want cinnamon coffee ad cinnamon. Vanilla add some.. Chocolate likewise..

Just remember it takes a lot less, you can do the same with Hot CoCo too.

Cheaper and healthier in the longrun..

When I get tired of the funny tasting creamer I fall back on heavy whipping cream and brown sugar. I like it for about a week, then I go right back.
