If I'm going to have a BIG breakfast I would want small amounts of all my favorites rather than a whole bunch of just one thing.
1 medium pancake/ waffle
3-4 pieces of bacon or small sausage
fresh fruit
small bowl of grits
3-4 bites of hashbrowns
no eggs

and while I love sweets I don't really wants pastries for breakfast.
I'd like to have this between 9-10 a.m. as long as I can have some tea or small fruit juice when I first get up, which is usually no later than 7 a.m.

years ago I worked on fishing boats,,, lobster boats and I loved cooking big breakfasts as we were heading out to the sunrise ...we would haul up some traps and eat what we found in them,,,lobsters/crabs/fish even scallops

My ideal big breakfast would be:

A buttermilk biscuit
Hashbrowns
Sausage gravy, enough for the biscuit and maybe half of the hashbrowns
2 scrambled eggs
Frosted cinnamon biscuit

Ideal time would be anywhere from maybe 7am to 11am. Much later than that, and I'd have trouble sleeping that night after eating so much heavy food.

Over easy eggs or cheddar cheese omelet
Freshly baked sourdough bread, warm from the oven with butter
Sausage links and crispy bacon
Waffle with butter and maple syrup
Strong coffee with cream and sugar

Ideal time would be on the weekend, 9-11am.

No desserts or other sweets for my breakfast! (sweet cereal, waffles/pancakes/muffins/cinnamon something, or other kind of cakes, or syrups = )

Those are samples of my typical breakfast I make on weekends:

I want rustic, artisan wholegrain bread, quark, cold cuts, Swiss cheese, tomato, cucumber, avocado... soft boiled egg, muesli, raw milk, hot tea. Fresh fruit.

Spoiler

Or just a simple country skillet with eggs, bacon/sausage, onions and potatoes:

Not me. I don't like small amounts of anything. If someone offers me a piece from a box of candy, half the time I won't bother. I'd rather have large amounts of fewer things. That's why I don't like Chinese banquets.

UNLESS you were taking me out to a fabulous, expensive bunch buffet. I love those.

My big breakfasts are mostly dining out. Especially omelettes. Maybe French toast. Steak and eggs.
