I am sure I have answered this but in case I haven't, we are big veggie eaters. Not counting raw salad veggies, I guess the most often used are:
mushrooms
green beans
squash
snow peas
broccoli
cauliflower
Asparagus
We do eat almost all veggies, whatever is in season, but the cabbage family ones, like Cauliflower are not agreeing with me much anymore, so may have to start cutting back on them. Damn getting old isn't any fun!!!

I use potatoes the most, then onions and tomatoes. Other favorites are broccoli, summer squash, green beans, peas, salad greens. I try to rotate a lot of varieties. It would be easier to say, I hardly ever serve corn or carrots.

The only vegetables I eat with regularity are onions and potatoes. I also enjoy brussels sprouts, asparagus, and cauliflower every couple of weeks.

We love veggies, and eat a variety--and often:
tomatoes
broccoli
cauliflower
spinach (easy to toss into soups or sub for lettuce on sandwiches)
carrots
cabbage (savoy)
brussels sprouts
green beans (Italian-cut)
squash (summer and winter varieties)
I probably could have said everything but turnips and okra. Oh, and I like corn-on-the-cob, but it doesn't like me. So I usually watch everyone else enjoy it all summer, and wait until very late in the season to indulge.

Most frequently? Onions. I love onions and put them in almost everything. Second place? Tomatoes.
Stand-alone vegetables? Asparagus, followed by green beans.

not a big veggie fan....
was forced to eat them as a kid so im boycotting them as an adult
(take note to all you mothers...pushing kids to eat veggies)
most frequently??
corn... and corn on the cob..
and French fries are potatoes...that's close enough
I do like whipped/mashed potatoes with gravy - I didn't as a kid
and a baked potato with lots of butter
string beans...I can tolerate them if smothered in gravy

Only children and picky adults eat "few" vegetables.
It's easier for me to list the "few" vegetables I don't like, or don't eat for health reasons:
brussels sprouts
lima/butter beans
white potatoes
corn
