There are a lot of people who do not like the sweetest vegetables, like carrots, sweet potatoes, beets, parsnips, etc. which to most of us does not make sense at all.
Thanks, I'll give it a try. I do like most other root and tuber vegetables. Go figure.

Wild rice, millet, sweet potatoes, white basmati rice (just a little), tomatoes, turnip and collard greens, onions, garlic, asparagus, pinto beans, butter beans, squash, broccoli, carrots, arugula, mixed green salads, spinach, etc. Usually eat all of these at some point in a week. Never wheat or other rices.

Asparagus, tomatoes (a fruit, lol), beets, bell peppers, cauliflower, spinach, cucumber. I like most vegetables, but these are the ones I eat the most.
