we have a vacum sealed ham...cure 81 that we have had refrigerated for 3 months...no date on it at all. Would it still be good? It looks ok.

if ham spoils the juice will turn white/milky and it will stink.....use your nose..

if the ham is dry.....look for round mold spots.....


most likely its fine if it smells ok..
