I miss my California friends and I thought this would be a good way to entertain family and get to know some of my new work colleagues and neighbors - maybe about 25-30 folks.
Baked tilapia with a spicy lemon-butter sauce, baked potatoes, lima beans, salad with homemade onion-honey vinaigrette, and garlic bread sticks.
