Tonight I am starting an Almaseed fast. We are going to Florida in three weeks, and I've been eating way too much. So I am having an Almaseed cinnamon chocolate smoothie.
I'm making DH baked cod, a sweet potato, and brocolli. Baking my daughter and son chocolate chip cookies to send to them at college.
