Personally I would never ruin a perfectly good tortilla with fish......
but I do not like fish and there is nothing wrong with fish tacos if you like fish

I have no idea how to post a picture (yes, I know there are directions but I am a visual person). However, prepare your fish the way that you like it, I heat up my wheat tortillas, put the fish on the tortilla, add lettuce or some type of slaw mixture, sauce, and whatever else you want on it. Sometimes I melt cheese on the tortilla. Sometimes I add sour cream or like tonight, hot horseradish sauce. Very easy.
