isaw two well marbled succulent rib eyes today,,,had to pick them up..

will bring to room temp and fire up the grill!!

2 Fish cakes, a mixture of corn & peas and a glass of water.

Tonight we're having crab stuffed portobellos, linguine and chopped spinach with clam sauce and rolls.

Deep fried cod. coleslaw, homemade mac and cheese.

And a black and white milk shake.

Spicy baked tilapia, baked sweet potatoes, hot buttered corn niblets, and warm yeast rolls with honey butter.

I despised Beef Stroganoff until I found out that what I was being served was in no way related to an authentic Russian Beef Stroganoff. First of all, those egg noodles, Russians serve it with mashed potatoes and dill pickles - no noodles. For me, noodles ruin the dish.


Anyway, that's my Beef Stroganoff rant. Oh, and about tilapia, the tofu of the fish world...
