Tonight we have boiled potatoes with eggs in Dijon mustard sauce ,a green salad in a light vinaigrette and lemon water to drink. For dessert again 1/2 a pink grapefruit. They are still selling for a good price and they are so sweet and tasty
So sorry pickle juice. I'll keep your son in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully he can stay out of hospital.
I think I will make carne asada nachos.
As an aside pickle-kibbee (the baked version I make) is kind of a Lebanese lamb and bulgur wheat meatloaf type thing!
