Still in Louisville KY. Great foodie city! When you visit - and you should - Try the Mayan Cafe.

Tonight I am ordering grilled cactus, and fried plantnos with salsa.

Mayan burrito with caramelized cabbage, potatoes, grilled peppers, black beans and a tomatillo sauce.

We are both getting a side of Mayan tok sol Lima beans. They are so, so good here! Larger, almost like a butter bean, this is something I am going to figure out how to make them.

We'll finish off with flan.
