Well, I am deeply saddened by the death of David Bowie. Within three years I have lost two of my favorite rock artists - Lou Reed and now David Bowie. So, in honor of David's untimely passing -

Making Fish and Chips doused with malt vinegar, coleslaw and beer.

Shortbread and tea for desert, with some fruit salad.

Happy birthday, Picklejuice!

It's roasted califlower tonight, which I tossed with butter, garlic, and tequila lime seasoning before putting in the oven. I'll wrap a generous amount in corn tortillas and top with shredded cheese and a bit of avocado. Sounds weird, but it's delicious. Mixed berries for dessert.

[quote=nmnita;42595613]Sorry to hear you are still under the weather. Our daughter had it for a couple of weeks. If you would like, I will bring you some homemade bean and corn chowder, but it will take me a couple hours to get there and I would probably get lost, not get home in time for the football game and would not be very happy.

That sounds really yummy.
