I pick up stuff not in our local grocery stores. So, anywho, I brushed the sauce on the tenderloin and now it's a marinade. I am making a strawberry, spinach and goat cheese salad and some kind of rice dish for sides.

Almost forgot! Have fun on vacation nmnita!
I tourist grocery shop too. I take a lot of flack for this from certain members of the extended family.

Dinner is a giant russet potato with salt, pepper, and cottage cheese. Im hoping to eat a green vegetable too.

It has been a rough week already. I needed comfort (and distraction). Plus, when we ate dinner at 7:00, it was the first time I'd eaten anything since breakfast on Monday morning. Soooo, I made tons of totally unhealthy, fattening food.

I made fried chicken tenders with chicken gravy, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, corn that was pan-fried (with bacon grease with chopped onion, chopped red and green pepper, garlic and salt and pepper) and green beans.

I was STARVING -- which is why I made so much -- but couldn't even finish my plate. Stomach shrinkage and all of that, I guess.
